Welcome To Risen & Restored
Life Coaching
Be the ripple that transforms your world from the inside out.
Be the ripple that transforms your world from the inside out.
15+ years turning broken processes into working ones — then I turned those tools inward.
God used them to restore me. Now I walk beside believers doing the same.
Romans 12:2
"Do not copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing an perfect."
Jeremiah 29:11-13
"For I know the plans I have for you says the lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hop. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me."
You’ve built the life everyone respects — the career, the stability, the reputation of someone who always shows up. You’re the Achiever. The dependable one. The anchor in every room. On the outside, everything looks solid. But inside, something isn’t lining up anymore.
A part of you went quiet.
You kept moving, leading, performing… but you felt yourself drifting from the person you were meant to be.
Then life shifted — a loss, a transition, a moment you didn’t choose — and it exposed a truth you’ve been carrying alone:
the milestones didn’t give you meaning, and strength didn’t stop you from feeling lost.
You built the life you were told to build, not the one that actually fits your soul.
You’re not failing — you’re awakening.
You’re standing between the life you constructed… and the life you’re truly called to live.
This is the moment to come back to who you are.
Back to identity.
Back to purpose.
Back to the person God designed before the world told you who to be.
You’re not broken. You’re misaligned — and you’ve been trying to fix it, but nothing has truly worked.
I help high‑achieving people who look successful on the outside but feel misaligned on the inside reconnect with who they truly are — so their decisions, relationships, and direction finally match the life they’re meant to live.
When life stops making sense, start with who you are — and rebuild from the inside out.
That’s how you rise into the person you were designed to become.
I will walk that journey with you.
Matthew 7:24-27
"Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise adn the winds beat against the house, it wont collapse becuase it is built on bedrock. But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn't obey it is foolish, like a person who builds there house on sand. When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash."
We’ve all done it. We’ve all tried it.
You read the self‑help books. You listen to the podcasts.
You hire the health, wealth, and relationship coaches.
You’re doing the work. You’re trying to build a better life.
But it still isn’t working.
In my 15+ years of process transformation, I’ve learned one truth: nothing changes if you’re solving the wrong problem.
And that’s exactly what’s happening.
You keep chasing better habits, more money, stronger relationships — but you’ve never stopped to ask why you believe those things will fix the emptiness you feel. You’re treating symptoms, not the source.
And I’ve lived it too.
I used to say, “My family comes first.”
But then an opportunity showed up… and suddenly money mattered more.
“I’ll come back to them once I get this promotion.”
“I’ll have more time after I hit this goal.”
“I’ll get healthier so I can earn more — then everything will fall into place.”
Before I knew it, I had drifted from the belief I claimed was most important.
Not because I didn’t care — but because my foundation wasn’t solid.
Everything was built on sand.
Without a firm foundation — a solid identity rooted in Christ — every opportunity, setback, or pressure knocks you off balance. Stress hits, life shifts… and you sway. The health plan doesn’t stick. The relationship advice doesn’t last. The financial goals don’t fulfill.
You’re solving the wrong problem.
As your coach, I help you fix the real problem — your foundation.
We rebuild the solid rock starting point of who you are so that when life hits, you don’t drift, collapse, or lose yourself.
When your foundation is firm:
Your habits finally stick
Your relationships strengthen
Your goals align with your purpose
Your peace becomes consistent
Your impact multiplies
Everything changes when your foundation changes.
I’m Bryan Tomaselli. For most of my life, I chased the version of success the world sells — titles, achievements, and the image of having it all together. It looked full on the outside and felt empty on the inside. I thought God was keeping me stuck on purpose.
I lost a close friend to suicide. Then I lost my mother. Loss forces you to confront everything you believe about yourself, God, and what actually matters. And for me, that meant five years of mentally and emotionally tearing down the beliefs I built my life on. It was brutal. It was necessary. And it revealed the truth: I wasn’t solving the real problems — only the surface ones.
I wasted years trying to fix myself alone. Science even backs it — your brain protects your beliefs, even the ones that hurt you. But once God rebuilt my foundation, everything changed.
Now I help others get to their true identity and fulfillment faster than it took me — not with theory, but with the same road I had to walk myself, and a hand reaching back for the next person ready to rise.
Proverbs 27:17
"As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend."

Help You Rise Again
If any of these hit close to home — they’re not signs of weakness. They’re signs you’re an Achiever in a season that’s demanding more clarity, alignment, and purpose than you’ve ever been taught to create. This is the work we do together.
I've built a good life, so why doesn't it feel like my life?
Everyone thinks I'm thriving, but I'm just maintaining
I have achieved so much, but I still feel like something is missing.
Everyone sees me as solid, but I feel the cracks
I know there is a better version of me, I just don't know how to reach that version
Your Honest Questions Deserve Honest Answers
Coaching only works when you’re committed. This section clears up the myths, answers the real concerns, and helps you decide if you’re ready for the work that transforms your life.
Coaching gives you what life rarely does — a clear mirror, a structured path, and a guide who helps you reconnect with who you were truly meant to be.
When you feel lost, empty, disconnected, or misaligned, coaching accelerates the process to the clarity and alignment you’d eventually reach on your own. It helps you rebuild your identity, regain purpose, and start living a life that finally works for you, not just around you.
Coaching isn’t therapy. Therapy helps you heal what happened. Coaching helps you build what’s NEXT.
Both are valuable — they simply serve different purposes.
Therapy is designed to help people move from not functioning to functioning again. It focuses on healing wounds, processing pain, and restoring emotional stability.
Coaching is different.
Coaching is for people who are functioning — showing up, carrying responsibility, doing life — but know they’re meant for more. It focuses on identity, clarity, purpose, and the choices you make moving forward. Coaching is about alignment, growth, and stepping into the life God designed for you.
Coaching is deep internal work. It can be challenging, uncomfortable, and emotionally stretching. It requires honesty, commitment, and a willingness to look inward. You’ll reflect, confront patterns, and take ownership of your life — not because you’re broken, but because you’re ready to grow.
My role as your coach is not to fix you or tell you what to do.
I bring clarity, support, challenge, and truth — but every decision is yours. You may discover parts of your life that no longer align with who you want to become, and you will choose what direction to take. Transformation is always a choice.
Hold space with compassion and truth
Ask powerful questions that reveal what you couldn’t see alone
Challenge limiting beliefs with love and respect
Support your momentum and accountability
Guide you toward clarity, identity, and purpose
Walk beside you — not ahead of you, not for you
Show up honestly without hiding from yourself
Engage fully in the process
Take ownership of your choices and actions
Be willing to be challenged and stretched
Apply what you learn outside of our sessions
Choose transformation — because it cannot be forced
Coaching is a partnership. I support your growth, momentum, and healing as you work to transform your life. But the transformation itself is your choice. You decide how far you go, how deeply you grow, and how fully you step into the identity and purpose God designed for you.
People invest in coaching because the most valuable thing we have is time — and once it’s gone, you don’t get it back.
You can absolutely figure life out on your own. Most people do… eventually. My own journey took five years, and while it led to incredible discoveries, a coach could have helped me get there in months. I could have been living with intention, alignment, and purpose years earlier.
We already invest in coaches everywhere else in our lives a personal trainer, an executive mentor, a golf swing instructor. Sure, we could do all of those things alone, but we pay experts because they accelerate the path to our ideal state.
Life coaching works the same way.
It’s an investment in yourself that helps you move faster, clearer, and with more intention. And when you start living intentionally every day, everything improves — your relationships, your opportunities, your confidence, and the harmony in your daily life. Why not get there faster?
Coaching isn’t a cost — it’s an investment.
And by definition, an investment is something you put into today that returns multiplied value tomorrow.
You already invest in things that accelerate your growth:
a personal trainer, an executive mentor, a golf swing instructor.
Sure, you could do all of those alone — but you pay because guidance gets you to your ideal state faster.
People who pay for coaching show up differently.
Research from behavioral psychology and coaching organizations consistently shows that clients who invest financially have higher completion rates, greater follow‑through, and significantly stronger outcomes than those who receive free guidance.
Payment creates commitment. Commitment creates transformation.
Coaching is an investment in your future — one that pays you back in clarity, alignment, purpose, better relationships, better opportunities, and a life lived with intention every single day.
Yes — the best coaches invest in coaching themselves.
Not just to serve their clients better, but to challenge their own growth, sharpen their mindset, and stay aligned with the life they’re called to live.
And the research backs this up:
Goal setting activates the brain’s reward system, releasing dopamine and increasing motivation, persistence, and long‑term fulfillment.
Coaching improves clarity, purpose, and overall quality of life, helping individuals overcome obstacles and expand their potential.
People who set and pursue meaningful goals experience greater well‑being and long‑term engagement, which contributes to healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Coaches know this.
That’s why coaches get coached — because growth is not a one‑time event. It’s a lifelong investment that pays back in clarity, alignment, purpose, resilience, and a life lived with intention.
Matthew 25:14-30 (Parable of the three servants)
God rewards those who invest, multiply and steward what they have been given.
My process is simple, intentional, and built for believers who are ready to stop drifting and start living in alignment.
You move through a guided pathway that helps you Define who you are, Discover what’s been holding you back, Release the misalignment, and Restore the identity you were meant to live from.
It’s not therapy. It’s not surface‑level motivation.
It’s a structured, proven transformation process that reconnects you with the person you know you’re supposed to be. Helping you uncover a renewed purpose and living each day with intention.
This is where clarity starts. The real work — and the real change — happens when you step inside the full framework.
1 Peter 5:10
"In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation."
