Compassion. Clarity. Servant heart. Every conversation I lead is built on three convictions about people, healing, and what it means to be restored into who God designed you to be. These convictions shape how I coach, how I listen, and how I walk with you through transformation.
Philippians 2:3-4
"Don't be selfish; don't try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don't look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too."
I will never dump scripture on someone who's wounded by God, or force you to get where I am. We start exactly where you stand and move at the pace your healing needs. Faith is an invitation here, never a demand — woven in gently, and only as you're ready.
Before we touch what's broken, we get clear on who you want to become. 'Restored' has to be defined before it can be built. From there, every conversation, tool, and assignment is aimed at aligning your life to that vision — your values, your identity, your God-given design.
You are not a problem to be fixed. You're a person becoming who you were always meant to be. We go to the root — not the surface — and we release what no longer serves you with compassion, not shame. This is rebuilding from truth, not patching over pain.
Maybe you can relate, I grew up around faith — church, rituals, all the familiar routines — but I didn’t actually know God. When life got hard, I pulled away. Faith felt like rules and expectations, not clarity or direction. So I drifted. I chased success, strength, and stability, but underneath it all I felt empty and disconnected.
Then my mom passed.
Losing her broke the version of myself I had been holding together. I was trying to stay strong for everyone else, but inside I knew the truth — I wasn’t anchored. I wasn’t aligned. I didn’t know who I was anymore. I needed something real, not religion or performance.
Feeling lost and having nothing left to lose, I opened the Bible.
That moment changed everything. For the first time, I wasn’t reading out of obligation — I was reading out of desperation. And what I found wasn’t rules or rituals. It was a playbook for a life of joy, peace, purpose, identity, love, clarity, and alignment. It showed me who God is, who I am, and who I was designed to become.
Everything the Bible teaches only works when your foundation is set in Christ — and that’s exactly what Scripture gave me: a foundation strong enough to rebuild my life on.
That’s why faith matters in my work.
That’s why the Bible is the only book I believe can truly help you find who you are.
Because I know what it feels like to be successful on the outside but empty on the inside. I know what it feels like to drift, to question, to carry weight you were never meant to carry. And I know what happens when you reconnect with the identity God wrote for you — clarity returns, strength rises, and life finally aligns.
Now I walk with believers through those defining seasons so they can reach their God‑designed life sooner, with less confusion, less isolation, and far more purpose.
Galatians 6:2-4
"Share each other's burdens, and in this way you obey the law of Christ. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important. Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else."
My story didn't begin with clarity — it began with heartbreak. Losing a close friend to suicide shattered the life I thought I understood. It forced me to confront a truth I'd never fully grasped: life is fragile, sacred, and far shorter than we imagine. I watched his loss ripple through everyone who loved him — and that was the first spark of a spiritual awakening God had been stirring in me long before I had words for it.
But it wasn't until I lost my mother that everything shifted with full force. She went into the hospital on a Monday, and almost immediately we were told it didn't look good. People had always relied on my mom to lead during hard moments, but when she couldn’t, I accepted the weight of that role. I became the strong one, guiding my family through the uncertainty we were suddenly facing.
In the middle of that chaos, God kept sending signs — a random lottery ticket, a Diet Coke can, bible verses, small miracles that made no sense except that they were from Him. They guided us toward the Donate Life path. And then she was gone. My mother was the glue that held our whole family together. Without her, everything felt unfamiliar and lonely — and still, everyone looked to me to hold it together.
In the quiet after she passed, I sat with the memory of her strength, her authenticity, and the effortless way she made people feel seen. And in that stillness, I began asking myself the questions that would shape my future: How do I carry her legacy with me? What legacy will I leave behind? How do I honor her in the way I live, lead, and love — while staying true to who I am becoming? Her favorite poem, Footprints, reminded me that God carries us through the hardest moments, and that truth became the foundation of the work I now feel called to do.
As I grieved, I had to face a harder truth: I wasn't living as my authentic, God-created self. I'd been chasing titles and achievements — a life that looked successful and felt empty. Many of the beliefs I held weren't even mine; they were protective walls I'd built to avoid pain. Confronting them was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But the enemy doesn't attack those who are stuck — he attacks those closest to breakthrough. The darker the night got, the brighter God's light hit my life.
During that season I realized my 15+ years in transformation work — Six Sigma, design thinking, project management — weren't just career skills. They were tools God had placed in my hands. So I turned them inward. I mapped my current state. I found the root causes. I stripped away what didn't align with my values, identity, and faith. And the living water Jesus speaks of began to flow — my cup filled, not with my own strength, but with His.
That overflow is what now lets me pour into others. My purpose is to guide people toward restoration by helping them see how their individual story, with all its pain and beauty, has formed who they are — and to support them as they grow their relationship with God in a way that feels true to them. No one is beyond renewal. No one is too far gone. You are not lost — you are becoming.
This isn't coincidence. This isn't chance. This is calling. This is purpose. This is Risen & Restored.

I'm new to coaching as a profession, and I'll always be honest about that. But the road, the tools, and the calling are not new. Most of what I bring cost me something to learn.
15+ Years of Transformation Work
Six Sigma - Design Thinking - Project Management
For more than fifteen years I've made my living finding the root cause of broken processes and rebuilding them to work. Six Sigma, design thinking, and project management aren't buzzwords to me — they're the disciplines I mastered, then turned inward on my own life when God called me to rebuild it.
5 Year Personal Journey
An active healing journey, lived first
Since my mother's passing I've spent five years deeply understanding grief and navigating a major life transition back to my authentic, God-given self. I reshaped beliefs I'd carried for nearly forty years. I won't ask you to walk anywhere I haven't walked myself.
A Coach, On & Off The Ice
Youth coaching - a lifelong safe space
I've coached and managed a youth hockey team, and parents have told me coaching is my purpose — not for the game, but for how I pour into their kids & families. Long before that, I was always the one people talked to, felt safe with, and sought support from, including managing people in a professional setting.
Frameworks & Faith
Root-cause healing, anchored in Christ
My approach blends biblical truth with psychology — schema theory, cognitive bias, confirmation bias, the neuroscience of belief, and CBT. I integrate identity in Christ, grace‑based theology, and Holy‑Spirit‑led inner healing. I’m shaped by leaders like Brendon Burchard, Joe Gibbs, John Maxwell, Simon Sinek, Tony Robbins, and Joseph Murphy, creating a holistic path for deep, lasting transformation.
