Ephesians 4:21-24
"Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. put on your new nature, created to be like God, truly righteous and holy."
No spin, no clichés, no church-speak. Just straight answers from someone who has walked the road and is honest about exactly where he is on it. If your question isn't here, write me directly — I'll answer you personally.
No — and I want to be clear about that. I'm a faith-based life coach, not a licensed therapist, and this isn't counseling or treatment. Coaching looks forward: we get clear on who you want to become, find the root of what's keeping you stuck, release it, and rebuild. Many people do this work alongside a therapist, and I fully encourage that. If you're in crisis, therapy comes first — and I'll always be honest about where my lane ends.
Never. One of my core convictions is that I meet you where you are — I won't dump scripture on someone who's wounded by God, and I won't force you toward where I am. Faith is woven in gently, and only as you're ready. If you're far from God, we start with your healing and your story; the reconnection happens at your pace, if and when you want it. This is an invitation, not a requirement.
Because being the strong one is exactly what wears men down. You carry everyone, keep the peace, and listen to everyone's problems — and you have no idea who to talk to about your own. Needing support isn't weakness; it's what lets you keep showing up without running on empty. You don't have to fall apart to do this work. You just have to be honest in the room.
Groups are wonderful, and this isn't one. This is white-glove, one-to-one, root-cause work tailored entirely to your story. I blend structured transformation — the same Six Sigma, design-thinking, and project-management tools I spent fifteen years mastering — with spiritual restoration. It's emotional, practical, and spiritual at once. You won't get a generic program. You'll get a path built around you.
We start with the end in mind. I'll help you picture who you want to become, how you want to live, and what 'restored' looks like for you. We'll separate your roles — father, husband, leader, provider — from your deeper purpose and God-given design. And we'll establish the emotional and spiritual safety that lets you finally stop carrying everything alone. It's grounded, intentional, and deeply personal from the first conversation.
The container begins with a 6-week foundation, with the option to extend if there's more to unpack — because every journey is unique, the length grows with how deep your healing, identity work, and spiritual alignment need to go. We typically meet one to two times per week, depending on your availability, emotional capacity, and where you are in the process. It's tailored to you, not a fixed template.
That's exactly the right place to begin. Most of the men I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed by the unknown, and unsure of the next step. You don't need the right words or a tidy plan. You just need a willingness to be honest. I'll bring the structure and a steady presence — we'll find the starting point together.
I won't promise you a quick fix — that's not honest, and it's not how lasting change works. Real restoration comes through the process: clarity, root-cause work, release, and rebuilding. That said, the very first session usually brings relief and a shift in perspective, because you finally feel seen and stop carrying it alone. From there, durable change builds week over week. We grow through endurance — and I'll walk every step with you.
No — and I'm intentional about this. My job isn't to hand you my opinions or tell you what to do. It's to ask the right questions, help you find clarity, and walk beside you as you uncover your own answers and align them with your values and faith. I begin with 'who do you want to be?' and then we do the work to get you there. You stay in the driver's seat. I help you read the map.
